Good news: you don’t have to leave your couch to stock up on your favorite Botanika finds. We now offer local delivery right to your door within Salt Lake City.

  • Delivery Fee: $8 flat

  • Order Minimum: $30

  • Delivery Radius: Up to 10 miles from our downtown shop

  • Free Option: Pickup is always free during shop hours

Shipping Areas
We currently ship within the United States. Orders are fulfilled from our Salt Lake City shop.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • Local pickup and delivery may be available — see checkout options for details.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Delivery times may vary based on carrier delays outside our control.

Local Pickup (Free)
You can choose free in-store pickup at checkout. We’ll notify you by email when your order is ready.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email info@botanikaslc.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods, opened beverages, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Two-Hour Co-Hosted Events
botanika requires a $300 minimum guarantee for any 2-hour event.

This can be met through:
• A revenue split on ticket sales, or
• A flat rental fee

If botanika’s share of ticket revenue does not reach $300, the host agrees to pay the difference.
