Eligibility:

Returns accepted within 7 days of purchase with original receipt.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in resalable condition.

Perishable food, opened beverages, and fresh flowers are non-returnable.

Sale items are final sale.
Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

A 10% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns (this covers handling + credit card processing fees).
Exchanges:

Exchanges may be offered in-store within 7 days if the product is eligible.
Online Orders:

Contact info@botanikaslc.com within 7 days of delivery.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours at info@botanikaslc.com so we can make it right.

Two-Hour Co-Hosted Events
botanika requires a $300 minimum guarantee for any 2-hour event.
This can be met through:
• A revenue split on ticket sales, or
• A flat rental fee
If botanika’s share of ticket revenue does not reach $300, the host agrees to pay the difference.
