🌿 Botanika Return Policy

Eligibility:

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of purchase with original receipt.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in resalable condition.

  • Perishable food, opened beverages, and fresh flowers are non-returnable.

  • Sale items are final sale.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • A 10% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns (this covers handling + credit card processing fees).

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges may be offered in-store within 7 days if the product is eligible.

Online Orders:

  • Contact info@botanikaslc.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours at info@botanikaslc.com so we can make it right.

botanika is a curated retail + lounge space built for intimate, design-forward events. If you have an audience, a skill, or an idea, we can build something together.

• NA beverage service (if it makes sense)

Two-Hour Co-Hosted Events
botanika requires a $300 minimum guarantee for any 2-hour event.

This can be met through:
• A revenue split on ticket sales, or
• A flat rental fee

If botanika’s share of ticket revenue does not reach $300, the host agrees to pay the difference.
